Before you write

• Where is my order? Use the tracking link in your shipping email, or the Order Tracking page.
• Which shade should I pick? Match to the lightest colour in your brow, not your hair. When in doubt, go one shade lighter — you can always press twice.
• Can I return it? Yes, within 30 days. Just write to us.
