Order Tracking
Where is my order?
Every Silkline order ships with tracking. You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse — usually within one working day of ordering.
Delivery times
- United States: 3 to 6 working days
- Canada: 5 to 9 working days
- United Kingdom and Australia: 6 to 12 working days
Add one working day for processing. Orders placed after 2pm EST on Friday are processed the following Monday.
Haven't had a tracking email?
Check your spam folder first — it's the usual culprit. If it isn't there, write to hello@silkline.com with the name and email address you ordered under, and we'll send it straight over.
Tracking hasn't moved in a few days
This is normal in the first stretch, especially while a parcel is in transit between carriers. If nothing has updated in seven days, write to us and we'll chase it for you.
